Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Since childhood, I’ve been captivated by the intricate connection between the human mind and body. Spending countless hours immersed in nature and feeling deeply empathetic toward human suffering, I developed a profound curiosity about wellness and the harmonious interplay of mind, body, and spirit. This fascination has led me on an exciting—and at times wild—journey of self-discovery, shaping both my life and career around health, healing, and transformation.
Through this journey, I’ve come to understand the equal importance of community, connection, and our relationship with the Earth and cosmos.
Equally drawn to science and spirituality, my diverse background embodies this harmony. From pre-med studies to Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and from Homebirth Midwifery to becoming a birth and postpartum doula, I have dedicated myself to the art and science of healing. Along the way, I taught childbirth and elimination communication classes, weaving in my Reiki expertise to provide holistic support. My journey continues as I explore new ways to guide and empower those whose paths I cross.Like many, my path has not been without challenges. By turning those challenges into opportunities I discovered my deeper purpose and founded Soul Sister Consulting. Here, I channel my knowledge and passion to support others in their healing and transformation.I am honored to share my story with you and hope to inspire connection, growth, and empowerment on your journey.

Soul Sister Consulting came into existence after personally going through A Dark Night of the Soul and realizing the desire and need to have a soul sister present during life transitions.
At Soul Sister Consulting, my work reflects the timeless role of ancient midwives—deeply involved in the community and supporting women and their families through every phase of life, from womb to tomb. The vision of Soul Sister Consulting is to create a safe, nurturing space where acceptance, community, wellness, and empowerment form the foundation of care.My holistic approach is rooted in the principles of Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, seamlessly blended with the wisdom and philosophies of traditional midwifery care. Whether guiding families through life transitions, such as bringing home a new baby, or providing support during other pivotal moments, my mission is to honor and empower each individual’s journey.
I’m currently available to support you as your postpartum midwife (virtual or in-person), your night doula, or your Creative Operations Specialist.
